He who bears the bad news gets caught in the eye of the storm

Andy, a faithful and meek sacristan of Father Anselmo had his optic nerve severely damages when some armed men tried to rob the church one night. He's to become totally blind if not for Dan (a prisoner who was a victim of a frame up) who donated his eyes to him before he died after a usual prison riot. Having Dan's eyes, Andy was sent to a mission where he sees through dreams and instincts. He defends Dan's family even to the point of risking his life.

Jun Gallardo

Jun Gallardo (also known by the nickname Jim Goldman or John Gale) was a Filipino B-movie director. He was the son of director Cesar Gallardo. His career started with martial arts films in the 70's before he moved to Z-actioners in the 80's. His films were often produced by Silver Star Film Company, a prolific producer known for making extremely low-budget action films, characterized by very low production values. Throughout his career Gallardo worked with numerous Z-grade stars such as Richard Harrison, Reb Brown, Gordon Mitchell, Christopher Mitchum, Jim Gaines, Mike Monty, Mike Cohen or Ronnie Patterson. He also worked once with Linda Blair on the movie SFX Retaliator (1987).
