Easy Love

Five episodes: A professor decides to murder her husband to win a woman. A hotelier seduces a boarder. A man convinces a friend to marry his lover, so as not to arouse his wife's suspicions. A man borrows money from a loan shark to pay for the services of his wife. Two couples try in vain to take a trip to the seaside.

A great Party is given by the rich family of Improta. Every kind of intrigue gets around this party. The purpose of every plan is to find a husband or a wife with a quality: wealth.

Parola di ladro

Desiderio is a gentleman thief who steals jewelry. Without him knowing, he is hired as a manager in the jewelry store of Gabriele Bertinori, and with this position he plans to rob the place.

Chronicle of Poor Lovers

In 1925, young Florentine typographer Mario moves to via del Corno to be near his girlfriend Bianca. Here befriends Maciste, his landlord, and Ugo, anti-fascists both of them. After a resident is beaten by the fascists, Mario meets the wife Milena at the hospital, falling in love with her and leaving Bianca. Maciste is killed, again by fascists, while Ugo is wounded and he seeks shelter in a nearby house. Here he falls in love with Gesuina and the two marry. Milena's husband dies, but she and Mario part ways. Later, Mario is arrested by the police.

Melody of Love

A comedy with lots of Neapolitan songs and shots of the Bay of Naples finds Maria Morelli unable to marry her singing sailor/lover, Giacomo because her father, Don Salvatdore Morelli objects. She can't elope because her father has an heart ailment and uses it to hold Maria. Giacomo misunderstands and takes off on a global singing tour.
