Zübük

This is the story of the politician named Zübük. He gets expelled from the political party that he is a member of, due to corruption. The journalist Yaşar wants to make a news story about his case and investigates Zübük's doings. Yaşar gets baffled at the sly tricks Zübük played on his village people. In the end, he feels sorry about Zübük's present situation, however, as things happen he becomes aware that Zübük has been tricking him.

Windfall

This is one of the tragicomic films of Kemal Sunal who is most "serious-comic" artist of the Turkish cinema. This film also reflects socio-economic and cultural life of the 70's-80's Turkiye. The film obviously talk to Turkish audience but who wonder that era of Turkiye can taste of it. The film underlines of love, friendship and -richness in the poorness- and also is a story about the people who prefers love, instead of money and fortune. The theme and narration may include some populist elements -like most Kemal Sunal films- but generally tells its story as well. The story is familiar to Turkish audience: A young man loves young girl. In most Turkish love films one of the partners is rich or poor according to the other but in this movie both sides are poor and they have many difficulties to reach happy end. In my opinion, these kind of movies always gives hope to people to get over it.

Bekçiler Kralı

The story of a guard who revolts because of exploiting reeve and tradespeople. People start to think he has an uncle working in the ministry of the interior.

Elma Şekeri

The film tells the things that pass by the head of a gallant gallery. Ali, who is a giver, is always out of his mind for being tired of his wife's whims. He spends some of his time with Sevda, the husband's firefighter. During a plane trip, Ali meets a guy named Alpay and tells all about his life. Alpay Ali's peasant daughter Mine recommends, Ali Mine teaches all things. Ali Mine does not like it at first, but then slowly falls in love.

Selma goes to a school where she’s a new teacher. The school is full of very goodhearted but naughty kids, leading one being Sezercik.

Diyet

The film deals with the migration from the village to the city with a realistic narrative. The immigration phenomenon described in workers' hands in a factory refers to both the modernization process in the period and the unionization. Hacer emigrates to Istanbul with his father, two children and his wife. Her husband left her and she was a helpless. Hacer was influenced by the union of the working factory, who owns the crippled friends. Hacer thought very much about to traditions versus modernization. It is the last of the film of director Ömer Lütfi Akad's Bridal-Wedding-Recoup trilogy. And it is still the inaccessible film of Turkish cinema history with its movie theme, cast, and acting success.
