The film tells about a tragedy that happened in one of the villages of our Russia. By chance, a police officer Afanasy becomes a suspect in a serious crime. Locals are ready for a lynch trial. Investigator Serditov faces a difficult task. On the one hand, he understands that such a crime should not go unpunished, but on the other, he understands that his job is to find out all the details of the incident.

Youth

The story about 40-year-old Vasily, who has been trying to find for more than 20 years happiness in the city. When coming back home to the village, he understands that his already nobody waits and nobody wants it already.

Seven stories about good and evil neighbours. A young son takes his father's gun without asking and lends it to a friend. A young man brings his bride to his home, but the meeting with his relatives turns into a dangerous conflict and only the village head can prevent a tragedy. The head of a young family sells the house of a relative and accidentally loses money because of this. His relationship with his wife begins to deteriorate. Will they be able to keep the family together? All the characters will have to make a difficult choice… A crazy anthology consisting of seven funny, dramatic and complex stories about the relationships of families, neighbours, relatives, and friends.
