Death on the Baltic

A man goes over a girl and is in a village on the Baltic Sea henceforth as a "murderer" - until he lies dead in his garden. An accident, everyone says. But the autopsy shows that Ralf Kossak was killed. The police consider Stefan Hansen, the father of the dead Lisa, for the murderer, because he has the strongest motive: revenge. But Hansen was not, his wife Meike not. In the village begins a veritable witch hunt on Kossak's widow and her sons. The police discover what a shattering drama is in the Kossak family.

Als sie den Angeklagten Robin Böhme (Simon Licht) zum ersten Mal Auge in Auge sieht, bricht die Staatsanwältin Esther Dorwald (Ann-Kathrin Kramer) unter Schock zusammen. Sie hat in ihm den Mann wieder erkannt, der sie vor etwa zwanzig Jahren im Park überfiel und schwer sexuell demütigte und nötigte. Damals waren die Ermittlungen im Sande verlaufen, jetzt ist der Geschäftsmann wegen Waffenhandel und Mord angeklagt. Die Staatsanwältin will ihn zur Rechenschaft ziehen lassen, muss jedoch feststellen, dass die Tat verjährt ist. Der aktuelle Prozess gegen ihn droht ebenfalls zu platzen. Verzweifelt setzt Esther alle Hebel in Bewegung, riskiert den Bruch mit ihrem Mann Lukas (Klaus J. Behrendt) und schreckt auch vor illegalen Maßnahmen nicht zurück, um Robin Böhme dingfest zu machen.

Benno, commissar in the Homicide Department Munich and married to forensic doctor Andrea, finds himself one day in a seemingly unsolvable, fatal situation again. His lover Sabine, who is ironically the wife of his superior, chief commissioner Hartmut, is found murdered in her sister, Martha's home. Benno is summoned to the scene in this murder case.
