Holidays in Tyrol

10-year-old Rosmarin von Stetten lives with his widowed father Robert in the big city. During the holidays one day in the morning Rosmarin goes to the lake near the castle and meets Thymian, the poorest boy of the village, whose mother did not come back from the war and who has to do several jobs in the village for his living. The boys enter a boat, but both fall into the lake. Thymian crawls out of the water first and is found by a servant from the castle, who thinks he is Rosmarin and bring him to the castle and to bed. The boy doesn't know what happens and thinks he's spellbound...

The Song of the Hohe Tauern

Austria, 1950s. Safety engineer Peter Dahle increasingly sees a personal enemy in the construction of the power station and the mountain of Kaprun. To protect his workers, he asks the experienced mountain guide Hans Tribusser for help. For the glockner king, the massive intervention in nature is tantamount to blasphemy and he refuses his support. This brings Dahle's former love onto the scene. The wealthy Barbara Fuller is able to change the nature lover's mind, but her intrusion into the men's domain causes new disasters.

Wetterleuchten am Dachstein

Hannes Kähls von Kählsberg has hired himself out as a head farmhand on the estate out of love for Jutta, the beautiful young lady of the Salzerhof. Since she was widowed, Jutta has developed into a proud, domineering person who does not show Hannes the unconfessed feelings she has for him. She fights doggedly for the land of the salt mountain, which is the state salt works authority wants to dispute. Hannes urges her to give up because he thinks large parts of the underground tunnel are in danger of collapsing.

Vienna 1910 is a 1943 German biographical film directed by Emerich Walter Emo and starring Rudolf Forster, Heinrich George and Lil Dagover. It is based on the life of Mayor of Vienna Karl Lueger. Its antisemitic content led to it being banned by the Allied Occupation forces following the Second World War.

The Farmer Forsworn

After his stepbrother Jacob dies in an accident, farmer Matthias Ferner learns from Paula, Jacob's spouse of many years, that she and her two children will inherit the whole farm. She takes over command immediately, failing to realize that Matthias must feel like her servant. In a village near a deadly mountain ascent the people repeatedly have to help climbers in danger who didn't make it to the top, in fact nobody made it yet up there. Hansi Knoteck can't stand anymore the danger after a member of the rescue party dies and demands from Attila Hörbiger that he steps back from participating in his rescue efforts. Finally he relents but the villagers ostracize them. In the meantime Winnie Markus tries to seduce Richard Häußler who makes the life for his wife Viktoria von Ballasko a hell through his infidelities.

Die Geierwally

In the mountains of the Ötztal, the wealthy Fender (Eduard Köck) and Wally (Heath Hatheyer), his only daughter and heir, manage a small farm. He wants to marry the rich, but boring, Vincent (Leopold Esterle). Wally escapes to a mountain hut, where she lives alone and withdrawn. Her love belongs to the hunter, Joseph (Sepp Rist). When she unwisely takes a young vulture from its nest and is attacked by the mother, Joseph comes to her aid and from that point on, she fondly calls him her "Geierwally". He also feels attracted to her, but Wally can't escape the feeling, that the young Afra is his mistress. Mad with jealousy, Wally announces that she'll marry the one who kills Josef. Vincent wants to earn her hand and is determined to kill the Geierwally. Just in time, though, the actual relationship between Joseph and Afra is clarified.
