Family, friends and acquaintances of recently deceased twenty-something Tobias come together after the funeral to share their loss. Tobias’ three best friends subsequently stay together into the wee hours, hoping to reach some sort of acceptance.

In our society, where self-fulfillment seems to have become an obligation, identical twin sisters enter a retreat. Encouraged by their spiritual coach, Vera and Josefien are searching for their own selves. When Vera finds out that she wants to free herself from her sister, their relationship and identity as twins are put to the test.

In order to save their relationship, a young man and woman go to an uninhabited island. In a short period of time they go through every phase of a relationship. The couple fights in the returning cycle that is called love.
