Quato is an urban tale portraying the destructive consequences revenge can have on someone. It follows a young pot dealer from Montreal, Storm, on his way to give up his criminal life and drive away towards the rocky mountains. With inspections from local mobsters become a daily routine and mistakes from his past coming back to haunt him, life here has become unbearable. Ready to do whatever it takes to save himself and those he loves, he realizes maybe it was all just an unattainable dream.
