Frank Joseph Galati was born on November 29, 1943 in Highland Park, Illinois, USA. Later in life, they resided between Sarasota, Florida, and Beaver Island on Lake Michigan. He died on January 2, 2023 in Sarasota, Florida, USA, complications from cancer.
