On Christmas Eve, an Icelandic family comes face to face with the Yule Cat, a ravenous creature of folklore hungry for those who didn't get clothes for Christmas.

The Wish

Karen, a 9 year old Icelander has always wanted to meet her London based actor father. Having fantasied about him for years, she realizes when they meet that he's perhaps not the father that she had wished for. This uncomfortable experience gives Karen both the strength and confidence to tackle the local bullies.

Thirst

Being detained under the suspicion of having murdered her brother, Hulda is left hopeless . After being released from custody for insufficient evidence, she has nowhere to go until she meets Hjörtur, a thousand-year-old, single and homosexual vampire.
