Anna and Karl are a young couple in Stockholm, unable to find an apartment of their own. However, they play matchmakers to make their friends Fredrik and Ulla to get together, getting an apartment of their own that way. Plot by Mattias Thuresson.

The Judge

Krister and his fiancé Brita return to Stockholm after a stay in Italy. Shortly upon their return Krister learns that all his assets left to him by his father has disappeared. Together with Brita he tries to obtain justice in a aristocratic and corrupt legal system.

Buster Carell, a talent agent is threatened by bankruptcy when his only real talent, a singing lumberjack, runs off with the company funds. Watching a TV quiz show, Carell discovers a prodigal singer, Isabella Linder, and offers her a contract. But she is unwilling and would like to remain a school teacher.

Eric and Clarence are friends from the same class in school - but from different social classes. Eric comes from the working class, Clarence from the upper class. Eric regards his studies as a way of getting somewhere, while Clarence is only interested in the drawing lessons. There are only a few months left until graduation. The General's daughter, Helene, grows up in a safe world. She doesn't want to get married or have kids. She meets a man who talks about platonic love which seems to fit her nice. They get married but when he wants to get more intimate with her she rejects him. August Strindberg's short story "Mot betalning" from the collection "Giftas 2".

En karl i köket

Olle works as maître d' and hopes to buy a hotel with money he borrowed. When his creditor dies Olle gets tricked by his lawyer and has to pay back 50,000 crowns in eight days. In order to pay the money he answers the ads in the newspaper looking for a maid.

Farlig kurva

Christer is a teenager who prefers to spend his time on motorcycles instead of his studies which doesn't impress his father. There is also a youth motorcycle gang terrorising the local girls but Christer doesn't dare to stand up to them, leading to his humiliation. One day he comes into contact with a professional speedway racer who takes him under his wing.
