Reminiscent of the Rocky film starring Sylvester Stallone, Rio has to use his fists to make a living as an illegal parking man. When the parking area is taken over by the local government, Rio loses his livelihood. Mursali then helps him by offering his taxi for driving at night. Again he has to use his fists on this new job, but when he meets Lia, she advises Rio to become a boxer. So he goes to Oom Eddy’s boxing gym and his career takes off. But Lia distracts him from his training and his fights. He also forgets about his girlfriend in the village, Sinta (Ayu Azhari). His losing streak begins and then Lia dies during an abortion. So Rio goes back to his village. Oom Eddy and Rio’s friends try to lift his spirit up again. Then Rio returns to the boxing ring, and is victorious once more.

Fire of Jealousy

After Ratna is raped in front of her husband, Johan, the newlyweds’ relationship becomes distant. Then, it is found out a week after that Ratna is pregnant. Johan insists that the foetus be aborted though the doctor determines that the baby is not a result of the rape. Efforts and advice from friends and parents fail to mend their relationship and so they separate. Before returning to her hometown, Ratna sees her friend Maya, who she once advised to break free from the bad influence of Patrick, and now lives supported by an old businessman. Maya finds out that the culprit behind the rape is Patrick, who wants revenge against Ratna since she advised Maya to leave him. When he realizes that his secret is known, Patrick kills Maya and intends to do the same to Ratna. In the middle of the struggle, Johan coincidentally comes home and manages to stab Patrick with his own knife and Ratna finishes him off by hitting him with a heavy object. Johan and Ratna are reconciled.

The Devil Oath

Lintang and Bayu, held a pocong oath, due to the insistence of the villagers who felt their village was polluted. This was done because Lintang, who had just become engaged to Bayu, was declared pregnant, they had sworn not to do anything and did not know that Lintang could become pregnant. Once the oath is executed, the Oath has no consequences.

Jodoh Boleh Diatur

Dono, Kasino, Indro all find girlfriends through a dating agency. Although the relationships didn't do well for the three of them. And Dono is almost fired when he overuses the company’s phone to call his girlfriend, Rita, whose suddenly disappears and leaves a baby under Dono’s care. Comedy is then focused around the baby, reminiscent of the film, “Three Men and a Baby”.

Mere Moments

Ria, the only daughter of the Hilman family and a student majoring in electronics, falls from an escalator. Pance, a trainee doctor who helps her, detects abnormalities in her. After a thorough health examination, it is learnt that she is suffering from a malignant blood cancer. Ria insists that her parents not be notified. She wants to give a child as a substitute to her parents. Pance is willing to do it. However, this event leads her parents to find out her real condition. Ria’s grandfather encourages the marriage. Ria faces her death with fortitude. Her son is born safely, while she herself cannot survive.

Neraca Kasih

After her husband passes away, Dameria is forced to give up her daughter, Sari, to be adopted by her aunt, the spinster/lawyer, Purwanti. Dameria remarries to Zainal and lives a good life. Later, she yearns for Sari who is now a grown up. Sari knows about her intention. Dameria visits her at school, takes her for walks and lunches. Ten years later, when Purwanti is overseas for business, Sari leaves for Medan to meet her biological mother. When she returns, Purwanti goes straight to Medan. A confrontation ensues but Purwanti lets Sari decide. The girl eventually chooses to stay with her biological mother. But as time goes by, Sari feels uncomfortable with the new atmosphere and finally returns to her aunt’s home.

Forbidden Fruit

Two high school students, Satria and Rani, have tasted the forbidden fruit of sex. But Rani’s father, a rich man, who is authoritarian and very proud; is against Satria, who is merely the son of a poor widow. He regretfully has to give permission for his only daughter, Rani, to marry Satria who has impregnated her. He allows this without any celebration and on condition that they will not be sharing a house, and that they will divorce after the baby is born. Everything changes when Rani gives birth to a pair of twins. Rani and Satria can be reunited.
