Corn Island

The Inguri River forms a natural border dividing Georgia from Abkhazia. One of the spring floods has created a little island in the middle of the river, as if made for the cultivation of corn. At least, this is the belief of an old peasant, whose sunburned face resembles the landscape he has trodden for dozens of years.

Night of Silence

Having just entered puberty, bride (Dilan Aksüt) had been forced to marry with groom (Ilyas Salman) whom returned to his hometown after doing many years of jail time and more than fifty years older than her. At first she was afraid, she cries, even resists, having equipped with patchy and second hand sayings, she did not know what is going to happen to her. Sitting in the nuptial chamber with horror, she will start to face with realities after grandfather-aged groom steps into the room.

Fog and Night

Fog and the Night is the search of an investigator who has lost his confidence in his organization and whose happy"family father" order has been disrupted by his young lover.And introverted man due to his profession , not a big talker or well in expressing his feelings,Sedat is being consumed , going through the hardest time of his life , not able to silence his guilty conscience because he was unsuccessful in solving the murder of his partner , whom he saw a brother .His faith in his organization is shaken as he witness the schemes in machination inside the organization and between the organization and the state.Meanwhile , while trying to find his lover who has disappeared after falling for a former militant , he does not refrain from making use of the filthiest methods of his profession.

The Yellow Mercedes

The film is based on 'Fikrimin Ince Gulu', a novel by Adalet Agaoglu, which depicts a first generation gurbetci/guest-worker returning home. It covers his land journey in short bursts from Germany to the Turkey's west border - and extensively from thereon to his village close to Ankara - capital of Turkey. He begins his journey purchasing a second hand yellow Mercedes - possibly his first car - using his meager savings working as a laborer. Offering deep insight into the mind of a manual laborer Bayram (Ilyas Salman) making his first trip back home, resorting to flashbacks in highlighting Bayram's motivation and experiences from his childhood right up to the events leading to his first departure from Turkey to Germany.

A Thousand Years Later.

Tarkan and the Roman (Byzantine) Emperor clash in the musical "A Thousand Years Ago" directed by Haldun Dormen in 1985. Popular names of the period such as Sezen Aksu, Aysen Gruda, Sener Sen, Ilyas Salman and Adile Nasit also play in the play. The play "A Thousand Years Later" is the prequel to the play "A Thousand Years Ago" which was shown in the same year.

World of Wakings

A good and a naive villager, Ilyas, comes to a big city to buy a minibus. But he meets Dolap Osman who is a big cheater and also cheats Ilyas buy selling him a stolen minibus.

In the film, which takes place between students and teachers in a girls' high school, İlyas replaces the teacher who was expelled from the school because he had a relationship with a female student. Students who do not forgive the expulsion of their previous teacher do their best to have İlyas fired as well.

The mother has to leave the baby for a while with the father, and this leads to a series of funny events.
