Green Man - The Type O Negative Story

A character larger than life. Over 2 Metres tall, Peter Steele, with his often Vampire like complex towered over his adorning fans. He took no bullshit, he talked the talk and walked the walk. He would use his own blood to write lyrics on his apartment walls and became a god-like figure for many of his followers. Type O Negative would become his outlet for everything he couldn’t deal with in the real world. He channelled his art, dreams, fantasy and demons into his music to create one of the most unique groups within the alternative sphere.

Type O Negative - Symphony for the Devil

Symphony for the Devil was recorded Sunday August 22, 1999, at the 12th Bizarre Festival, Cologne, Germany. This gig was originally recorded for a German live-in-concert program, 'WDR Rockpalast', and broadcast on German television. The band bought the live footage because it seemed to be the best one available to date regardless of the previous TV releases. 12 cameras were used.
