Posters and prizes remind us of his greatest, possibly only successes, which he celebrated in the 80s of the last century. Otherwise, there is now emptiness in his house and life.

Giving ashes into the Baltic Sea near Kiel, daughter and wrestler dad say goodbye to the deceased mother and partner. The two overcome the speechlessness of grief by dancing around and with each other.

Marc, a bicycle courier, attempts to escape his lethargy, shyness and alienation by living vicariously through the lens of his Super 8 camera. When he dates the attractive Julia things take a wrong turn and Marc has to face the consequences. Cloud Chaser examines the thin line between observance and obsession.
