Keizo Kusakawa

Keizo Kusakawa (草川啓造, Kusakawa Keizō) is a Japanese anime director working for Diomedéa. Formerly working for Seven Arcs, during his early years at the studio he worked under Akiyuki Shinbō and has since then been also involved in several shows at Shaft. Kusakawa also took over the duties as director of the Lyrical Nanoha series from Shinbō after the latter left Seven Arcs, starting with its second season, Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha A's. As of 2013, he works for Diomedéa

The movie starts off after the events of Episode 3, when Kisaragi had sunk. The Mikawa Fleet (Furutaka, Aoba, Kako, Kinugasa and Tenryuu) are in the middle of Night Battle. Choukai uses Searchlight and gets medium damage, but they win in the end. A New Fleet Girl gets "dropped", emerging from the sea. It is Kisaragi.
