Unlucky girl Lisa hates the New Year — every time on the eve of the holiday she has a variety of troubles. But one day a stranger appears who claims that he is Santa Claus's secretary. A young man who introduced himself as Timofey promises that he will fulfill any New Year's wish of Lisa, and she makes up her mind to celebrate the New Year with her beloved man. The problem is that Lisa does not have one, and the requirements for the future groom are very high. Tim is determined, because it is very important for him to fulfill Lisa's wish before the New Year. So, the selection of suitable candidates begins!

Country In Exile

A year has passed since the presidential elections in Belarus, when the current government harshly suppressed protests against falsified results. Thousands of people are still in prisons, tens of thousands were forced to go abroad. Among the new emigrants there are politicians, they are even called the government in exile. And there are ordinary citizens who could not even imagine that they would ever have to leave their homeland. The film tells how this Belarus lives, a huge community of migrants that has emerged over the past year.
