Champions

Set in 1930s China, the film details the trials of a group of athletes who desire to compete in the Olympic Games. There’s a snag, however. The full amount required to send them abroad for the games is 600,000 dollars, and the government is only sponsoring half. It falls to the athletes to raise the rest themselves, and they start by saving every last penny they earn. They also attempt to raise the money through a variety of fund-raising activities, including street performances, networking for donations, and probably a bake sale, too. After deciding to fund their own way to the games, the athletes take to the streets to perform all manner of athletic demonstrations and martial arts moves in an energetic and impromptu street fair.

Twins Mission

When a precious Tibetan bead is stolen by rogue members of the mysterious Gemini Clan, the protectors of the bead enlist the help of some righteous former Gemini Clan members to retrieve the bead and bring the evil disciples to justice.

The Death Curse

Real-life pop stars Charlene Choi and Gillian Chung star in a ghastly (and funny) tale about eight siblings who share the same father but have different mothers. The group gathers at their late father's mansion to discuss his will, but just after they arrive, strange occurrences scare the bejesus out of them. Add to that the crazy rules their father mandated they follow to receive their fortunes, and the children may never leave alive!

May & August

In December of 1937 two young girls aged 9 and 4, May and August, lived blissfully with their parents in Nanjing. Unfortunately, the outbreak of the war totally changed their lives. May's parents were killed by the Japanese soldiers, and the girls taken to a refugee camp. Once May's uncle learned of the tragedy, he retrieved the two girls from the camp. But when the Japanese invaders took full control of the city, May and August would then have to learn to be strong to face all the upcoming challenges.
