Lo Kim-Wah (勞劍華) is a Hong Kong director. He joined Cinema City in 1983 and first worked as a gofer and assistant director. He became a executive director in 1993, directed his first film, They Don’t Care About Us (少年15/16時), in 1996. Besides directing, he has also served as a production manager, line producer, or deputy director on many big budget productions.
