Off-Loop

In this comedic character study, five recent college graduates find that things aren’t so safe and comfortable, once they venture out into the real world to pursue a career in theatre. With a pact to move to Chicago and dive headfirst into the vibrant theatre scene, the future seems bright for this quirky band of friends. Unfortunately, after a year goes by they find they have yet to connect, having gone separate ways, dealing with various "day jobs," an oddly intrusive neighbor, or theatre productions gone horribly, and hilariously, wrong. It takes the playwright in the group, who has finally developed enough angst to complete his latest work, to persuade them to take a risk, get the band back together, and produce his original play.

Never Have I Ever

Charlie Brandis leads a quiet and uneventful life as a wallflower. His parents trust him, his friends like him, girls are indifferent toward him. Then there's the girl he's watched from afar, Annie Briggs, who doesn't even know he exists. Until today. For today, the powers of fate conspire against him when jock friend Gary decides to throw a party at Charlie's house because the Brandis parents are away; a party specifically orchestrated to do one thing, put Charlie and Annie (who is unaware of this plan) together. The wrench comes in the form of Gary's older sister Margot, a girl who Charlie has also loved from afar, and who might be interested in him as well. The question is, when will Charlie stop doing things because other people want him to and take stock in his own situation.

White Out

White Out is the story of Nick Watson, host of Reality, a talk show on Norwalk University's WSKO radio station in northern New Hampshire. Just as he's closing down the show on the very last episode of his college radio career, he receives a disturbing on air phone call. It seems that Michelle Fullmer, his fiancé, his wife in nineteen days in fact, is cheating on him with none other than Richie Fontaine, Norwalk's Dust Devils' star quarterback. Too much for most people to handle. Compound this all with the freak blizzard that rages outside, dumping a very healthy amount of snow on the greater Norwalk area, keeping other hosts out of the studio, and stranding Nick inside with co-host Andy Wolcienski, producer Hannah Lorenz, and a great deal of anguish and fury. It would be up to Nick to be the better person, but it seems Nick doesn't have anything nice to say about his darling ex-fiancée. That won't stop him. The next twelve hours on the radio are going to be VERY interesting.
