A man is killed in Lima during the Argentina ’78 World Cup. Félix Chacaltana investigates the murder and uncovers an international plot that involves kidnappings, disappearances, and torture. Félix is nothing more than an innocent bureaucrat, but he is about to lose his sexual innocence, his political inexperience and even his soccer virginity.

Documentary that narrates the origins and acts of the Shining Path and the injustices committed by the Armed Forces at the time of the internal armed conflict in Peru. The acts of the former will be seen in Lima and Ayacucho, and the latter mostly in Ayacucho.
