Miguel Melitón Delgado Pardavé (May 17, 1905 – January 2, 1994) was a Mexican film director and screenwriter best known for directing thirty-three of Cantinflas ' films, under contract of Posa Films. He directed 139 films between 1941 and 1990. His film The Three Musketeers was entered into the 1946 Cannes Film Festival.

In the midst of the Mexican Revolution, the landowner Mendoza manages to get along with both the government and the revolutionary group. For the former, he is a supporter of Huerta. For the latter, he is a Zapata supporter. However, time goes by and the situation becomes untenable. For whom will he take sides?
