"Paquil" tells the story of Christina, a once-celebrated actress who, after experiencing several career flops and being diagnosed with a life-threatening illness, returns to her hometown of Pakil. This town holds deep childhood memories for her and is known for the long-lost tradition of Komedya, a local theatrical performance. Now at a crossroads in her life, Christina becomes determined to revive this cultural art form as she grapples with her fading health and inner struggles.

High Tide or Low Tide?

In an Island-Barangay in Mauban, Quezon, an 18-year-old closeted gay, high schooler steers through the weight of his hypomanic highs and depressive lows all while navigating the discoveries and complexities of his sexuality, first love, heartbreak, and the narrow confines of his small community. Unknowingly, he tells his story through a performance for the school's dance in a poem contest.

The Hearing

Lucas, a deaf boy from a small fishing village, is sexually abused by Fr. Mejor, an influential priest. After his parents Madonna and Dante discover the truth, they decide to file a court case against the priest despite the obstacles in their way. In their pursuit of justice, they cross paths with sign language interpreter Maya, who has also witnessed powerful people manipulate the results of cases. In a society where few choose to listen, how can they win against forces that silence those who cannot speak and break the souls of those who can?
