You Sing, I Sing

Giannis and Paris celebrate the Day of the Dead, also their anniversary, at their Latin American café-teatral. A crossroad where beloved people meet, lonely next door people, strange travellers. Their stories are intertwined, the past meets the present, music and dancing transform reality. As the night falls and the celebration reaches its ecstatic peak, the café becomes a small Arc, travelling beyond space and time, filled with memories, wishes, and revelations. 50 actors, musicians and dancers take part in the film.

The Cypress Deep Down

She comes into your life and finds the details / of your past of your body / of your everyday habits / Life without this merciful presence / has no meaning anymore – and suddenly / she leaves and life has no meaning... Mourning / lasts for a while and if you survive – which you will / you start recounting again the same details. / from the past, releasing your body on another body, sharing your every day again. / You learn from this repetition ./ You learn to ignore / the certainty of your gestures. / You learn to ignore / the impressive architecture of a meaningful life.

Matriarchy

A shelter is threatened by shutdown and demolition. 60 women of different ages, nationalities and social backgrounds gather in order to defend it, attempting to redefine their place in today's world.

Desert Sky

The few survivors of a deserted city, sometime in the near future, are left with no water or food but somehow manage to survive. In a hospital, a lonely scientist, Foteini, is helping a patient with amnesia to recover. She also meets an actor named Aias (Ajax) – who often visits his sick sister – and becomes romantically involved with him. Foteini is swept away by love; Aias, however, is unprepared for such strong emotions. Their separation brings Foteini to the house of the amnesiac, and he takes care of her, up to the moment that she discovers a photo of hers among his things. In the meantime, Aias brings his sister back home from the hospital. While it is getting darker, with clouds gathering in the sky, Foteini and Aias wander the city and meet in the rain.
