The near future: Bruno is trying to win back his ex-wife. Under the pressure of her domineering mother and a new (arranged) boyfriend, Jorge, Isabel brings charges of harassment against Bruno. Bruno is trialed and sentenced. A device designed to suffocate him if he gets within 100 meters of Isabel is implanted in his throat. But that doesn’t stop Bruno, he practices holding his breath.

“D” wakes up in a mental institution and has disturbing memory flashes which, nevertheless, do not explain why he is wearing a straightjacket. In the grip of genuine terror, he ends his anguish by letting himself fall into the abyss of madness.
