Amir and Anouk return home after their first vacation together. In the throes of love, they believe that nothing can destroy their happiness. But then they are stopped by the police - and nothing is as it was before.

When B. enters the german foreigners registration office to pick up his residence permit, he soon has to realise that things are different from what he expected. He is caught in disbelief, until he finds a friend who pushes him to make use of his privilege.
