A French family plans to swap homes with a Turkish family for the holidays - but things do not go as planned.

An elderly couple invite their adult children to visit their country chateau. Among the children are Omer, his undemonstrative wife who knows about Omer's mistress, and Omer's children. The other son brings his seductive lover, and the daughter, a divorcee, brings her child. Mayhem ensues when their daughter's ex-husband makes a surprise appearance at the house.

Azize is a singer in a tent theater. Tarik, on the other hand, is the son of a high society family, famous for his debauchery. Tarik takes Azize, who is on the road, in his car on a stormy day. Their friendship, which started with fights, soon turns into love.

Gul is a famous singer, married to Captain Engin, who has studied law. Engin goes to Korea during the war. One day Gul is told that he is dead. Her violinist, Cemil fancies her. One day Gul meets Engin again, yet Cemil continues molesting her. Engin takes his daughter while Gul gives becomes an alcoholic and is miserable. Engin learns about her condition and decides to go to her but in a car accident he becomes blind. Gul starts to work in their house under a false name, Seher. In the meantime she gives piano lessons to their daughter Oya. Engin regains his eyesight after a surgery. Cemil attempts to rape Oya, but Gul reaches in time, saves Oya and kills Cemil. Oya finds out that Gul is her mother and asks Engin to defend her in court. A happy future awaits all three.

Yumurcak Köprüaltı Çocuğu

Yumurcak is a very naughty boy, living with his father Nihat who is a cab driver. One day a bar singer named Aysel gets on his car, escaping from someone. Nihat saves her and becomes her driver. Bekir who is the partner of the bar, fancies Aysel and he is very jealous of her. Another gangster kills him and puts the blame on Nihat. Yumurcak's mother Selma, having learned the news, walks carelessly on the street and gets hit by a car in an accident and becomes blind. Yumurcak finds the gun of the crime in the garden, takes it to the judge and asks for his father's release. Bekir tries to escape and he kidnaps Yumurcak. However Nihat and the inspector reach just in time. Yumurcak and his family return to their happy days.

Based on the novel by Güzide Sabri Aygün, the film tells the relationship of a mentally-ill woman and the doctor whom she loved in her youth.
