The U.S. government has just announced the outbreak of a deadly new disease and requires all citizens to remain in their homes. But this outbreak, we soon learn, has been fabricated by the President to secretly isolate and quarantine anyone related to immigrants who have arrived since the passage of the Immigration and Naturalization Act of 1965.

Like clockwork, John takes the train home after a long day of business in his hometown of London. During his usual routine of checking voicemails, it's revealed that John's life is a chaotic mix of quick decisions and avoidance.
