Mary, a high society girl, wants to see how the other half lives, so she becomes a cabaret dancer in a New York nightclub. The owner of the nightclub, Pop Hanson, and his criminal friends, Harry and Cassie, scheme to rip off a Montana millionaire. Finding herself interested in Harry, Mary goes along with their plan and decides to pose as his wife. The gang moves into Mary's aunt's deserted mansion as their base of operations. A silent film with sound sequences.

While traveling through the prarie, an elderly and cantankerous lady loses control of her car. One of the locals, Tom Faxton (Mix), comes to her rescue. He receives the full impact of the woman's gratitude a few years later when she dies and bequeaths him a rest home for elderly ladies.

A gang of blackmailers sends a cripple to San Francisco to expose a banker they have been blackmailing. However, the cripple meets and falls in love with the banker's daughter.

Her Fatal Millions

Mary Bishop, a clerk in a jewelry store, finds out that her ex-boyfriend Fred Garrison, who left town to make his fortune, is coming back and wants to see her. Having heard that Fred has married a wealthy society girl and is quite rich, Mary borrows some jewelry from the store, dresses up in her finest and when she sees Fred, tells him that she has married the richest man in town and is now quite well-off. Complications ensue.

The Light in the Dark

A young girl is struck and seriously injured by a wealthy society matron's car. The woman brings the girl back to her house. Later, a hardened thief is told by the girl of a goblet, that could be the Holy Grail, which has healing powers and could help her. The thief, touched by her predicament, sets out to steal the goblet and bring it to her.
