Once Upon a School

This is the story of the "Midrashia", the flagship of Religious Zionism in Israel, "the mother of the high-school yeshivas." This is a story about an educational start-up that was founded before the establishment of the state, and trained thousands of high-quality students who worked in all the centers of power in the State of Israel. This is a story about a school that, in a complex and surprising process, changed its face, and became an elitist and luxurious high school that produced successful and dedicated students - to an anarchic and disordered place. It is a chilling and unbelievable story about a sublime educational vision that has collapsed, about brotherhood, loss of control and maturation, and about the nature of the human soul, in which good and evil, cruelty and kindness, are mixed up.

Closed Circuit

Closed Circuit documents the infamous terrorist attack at Sarona Market with raw footage from security cameras and riveting interviews with survivors: a father breaking the Ramadan fast with his family; a cop who unknowingly saves one of the fleeing terrorists; a girl who escapes but loses her father; and restaurant workers, both Arab and Jewish, whose lives are forever changed by the sudden encounter with death.

The Assassin Next Door

In an old apartment building on the wrong side of the tracks, two women, unknown to each other, live across the hall on the second floor. Galia is an assassin involved against her will with the local sex-traffic mafia. All she wants is to reunite with her little daughter that she left back home in Ukraine . Eleanor is a grocery store cashier and a battered wife. She dreams of winning the lottery and running away from her abusive husband. Galia and Eleanor don't know each other, but as neighbors they share two things: an adjoining wall and a strong need to plan their escape. As Galia disobeys her latest contract, a woman target, and Eleanor discovers that she's pregnant, the two women decide to take action against their oppressors in a fight for survival and freedom.
