Comte - Alphabets Heaven

Natalia Ryss was born in Rostov-on-Don, where she graduated in Design. She studied graphic art at the Russian State University of Cinematography (VGIK). An explorer of film language and different narrative forms and genres, she is an independent director of animated short films. She mixes different artistic techniques, from torn paper to drawing on glass and wet paper, from photographic filters to video filters. Her works have been selected by numerous festivals such as Hiroshima, Ottawa, DOK Leipzig and Anima Belgium.
