Emanuel and the Angel

Rachel Stephens is a filmmaker based in Hampshire, England. She has written and directed several short films as well as having experience as a 1st Assistant Director and Producer for short films and music videos. Rachel also works as crew in a variety of roles on other peoples films, music videos and promotional work.
