For the first time ever, Howard has all his rooms rented out. Just as he's hanging up a "No Vacancy" sign, along comes a millionaire needing a room. Howard seats him in the lobby while he goes upstairs and tries to get one of his renters who is a bookworm to move in with a lonely sex siren so that he can have one of their rooms.
