This overwhelms her as feelings of loneliness, isolation, and envy begin to creep up on her, putting her in an unhealthy state of mind. "Wala" is a story of growing pains. Neo Bryce

Neo Bryce is a Filmmaker from Panabo City, Mindanao. He started making films when he was still in high school. He was a fellow in the 2019 edition of the Ngilngig Film Camp and Filmmakers' Development Program. Through his work, he hopes to highlight and initiate conversations around mental health and the difficulty of navigating life. In 2019, a film he co-directed entitled "Ano'ng Nangyari Kay Andrew Magsilang?" won the Jury Prize Award in Ngilngig Asian Fantastic Film Festival 2019. The short film was made in 24-hours as part of that year's Guerrilla Filmathon. The film was also featured in the "PPP Short Films" section of Pista ng Pelikulang Pilipino 2020. His other works include "a short film about growing up," (2019) focusing on work and life anxieties. His film "Condolence," (2019) which was developed in the Ngilngig Filmmakers' Development Program, focused on the complexities of a death in the family.
