Diego Rodríguez, born in Santiago, Chile. He is a filmmaker who works as a director and producer of film projects. In 2023 he produces the documentary short film “Fuego Selectivo”, where he was also part of the animation team and discover a new technique of making cinema. In 2024 he debuts as director and animator in the experimental short film “VITAL”, a metafiction project that mix live action and rotoscoping animation. Its focus is on themes such as nature, death and the contrast of life, mixing themes and styles to create impactful stories. He is known in other works such as “Mindrive” (2023), “Misión Fallida” (2024) and “Flores de Piedra” (2022).
Currently, he is developing animation projects and working in future shortfilms.
